Is it booking directly from your website convenient to me?

Because usually we don’t charge any amount at booking time, and you may cancel without any charge until 48 hours before your arrival. What is check-in and check- out time?
Check-in: 2.00 p.m.
Check-out: 7.00-10.00 a.m.
Before check-in and after check-out you can store your luggage in our free luggage room. If you arrive prior to check- in time or leave after check- out time please contact us. Only if you book online you may have the availability of the room until 4.00p.m. of the departure day.
Can I arrive after 2.00 p.m.?

Do you have parking?
Yes, Relais has a big private parking free of charge.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Maestro and CartaSì.
How can I cancel my reservation?
All cancellations must be made on line, by e-mail or fax to the reservation department. You can find the terms of cancellation in your reservation form.
I haven’t got a Credit Card, is there another way to guarantee my reservation?
Usually we dont'ask for any guarantee but for specific period you have to secure your reservation by wire transfer.
Is Internet access available?
Wireless (WiFi) is available at all areas and all rooms and is always free of charge.
How can I reach the hotel from the station or airport?
To reach our hotel you can catch a taxi. The cost is approximately Euro 35,00/40,00.
Do you have transfer arrangement availble?
There is a shuttle available from the Airport to the Hotel. Free of charge only for reservations made directly through our web site or our reservation office and only for Prestige room reservations. Pick up from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
I haven’t got a car, how can I reach Umbrian cities?
Our hotel is located in a countryside and we suggest a private car. Our staff will be happy to rent for you a car through main rental companies. To reach Perugia centre you can catch the train just inside the Relais secular park.
Does Half Board include exclusively Dinner or can I switch with Lunch?
We normally consider dinner, but you may switch with lunch, just asking for the change the evening before.
Can I choose Half Board at my arrival?
Sure, but you’ll get cheaper rates if you confirm it at the time of booking.
Are children free of charge?
Up to two children of any ages are always hosted free of charge in Family room, Bed & Breakfast; Eventual Half board supplement is due. For children from 0-3 years old baby-cots are available.
Do you provide baby food?
Yes, we do. Our chefs may prepare or heating baby meals. Please note it at the time of booking.
Do you provide celiac food?
Yes, we do, our cuisine has specific foods and tools. Please note it at the time of booking.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, Relais San Clemente gladly accepts small dogs that can play in the secular park. We have rooms with parquet for our little friends. (Room hygienisation service €25,00 once)
Can I have a Late Check Out?
Late check out at 4.PM instead of 10.00AM is available with a 50% room rate charge, upon availability and on demand at the booking time. Complimentary on Sport & Relax and Prestige rooms (not valid for Fri. and Sat. departure, to confirm at booking time).
